Learning Beyond Curriculum (6 wks-3 yrs)
Learning Beyond (LB) Curriculum is an MSDE approved, research-based, classroom-tested curriculum for infants to Pre-K 4. As a social-constructivist curriculum, LB is designed to create learning opportunities for children through peer-based activities and intentional interactions with their teachers. Our teachers have access to the full curriculum from tablets, providing real-time support for our learners, opportunities for differentiated instruction, and social-emotional development. LB also includes a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) focus throughout.
WEE Learn is used as a component to our curriculum instruction to lay a foundation for understanding God, Jesus, The Bible, church, self, family, others and the world we live in.
Children’s Study Their World Curriculum (4 years-old)
Children Study Their World (CSW) is an MSDE approved, early childhood curriculum for 4-year-olds, based on principles of project-based inquiry and driven by evidence-based practices that build teacher capacity and support successful implementation. CSW consists of eight interdisciplinary, content-rich projects that build upon children’s knowledge and increase in complexity. CSW was developed by the Center for Early Childhood Education and Intervention with funding from the Maryland State Department of Education, Division of Early Childhood.
